The pasta salad is made with rotini pasta and is loaded with lots of fresh veggies.  You will find, cherry tomatoes, red, yellow and green, sweet bell peppers, red onion, broccoli, kalamata, green and black olives, cucumbers and chunks of fresh mozzarella and salami.  All of this is mixed with an Italian blend of spices, olive oil and freshly grated parmesan and romano cheeses.  You will find this light but full of flavor, add some bread to soak up all the juices and to complete your meal.

The classic macaroni salad starts with elbow noodles and is loaded with diced celery, carrots, sweet red peppers, vidalia onions and green bell peppers.  These are all mixed with a mixture of hellman's mayo, miracle whip, a hint of relish and secret spices to a creamy goodness.  You will find chopped hard boiled eggs also mixed throughout the macaroni salad.  Add chopped ham, bacon or tuna to make it a complete healthy one dish meal and not just a side salad.  If you would like any of the ingredients left out just leave a note below if it's not in the list to "please don't use".

The potato salad is made with russet potatoes and is loaded with diced celery, sweet vidalia onions, green, yellow & red bell peppers and shredded baby carrots.  It is mixed with mayonnaise and special seasonings to give you a classic potato salad.  If you would like a mustard potato salad, mark it below and I will add a spicy mustard mayonnaise blend in place of the traditional.

The creamy bow tie pasta salad starts with bow tie pasta that is loaded with diced ham, cubes of cheddar cheese, peas and diced red bell peppers.  This is all mixed with a creamy mayo based dressing filled with sweet relish and mustard.  This is a delicious salad that is a meal in itself.

THe creamy tomato basil soup is filled with flavor from a variety of freshly roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, sweet onion and red bell peppers.  You will find this rich and creamy bursting with fresh tomato flavor.  You will get a side of freshly grated parmesan cheese to top your heated soup with.

The french onion soup starts with thinly sliced onion that are caramelized.  I then add beef stock and some fresh herbs and spices and let it cook on low for a day.  You will get homemade large croutons and mozzarella cheese to assemble your soup at home.  It is best if you cook this under your broiler after heating the soup and then adding the croutons and cheese to your bowl so you get the nice browned topping.

The broccoli cheddar soup is heaven in a bowl, if you like panera's broccoli cheddar soup then you're gonna love mine!   It's filled with fresh broccoli florets, shredded baby carrots, finely diced vidalia onions and garlic.  The broth is made with milk, heavy cream and 3 cheeses, monterey jack, extra sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

The creamy tomato basil soup starts with fresh tomatoes that are cooked down with fresh basil, finely diced sweet onions and a few more spices.  I then add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper while letting it cook for a few more hours to bring all the flavors together.  You will get homemade croutons and freshly grated parmesan cheese to put on top of your soup.

The hearty chicken noodle soup is loaded with lots of chunky chicken, carrots, celery and wide egg noodles.  These are all cooked in a homemade chicken broth filled with diced sweet onions, crushed garlic and other secret spices.

The vegetable soup starts with vegetable broth that is loaded with baby corn, chunks of carrots, celery, green beans, baby peas, fresh spinach and fire roasted tomatoes.  You will also find diced sweet onions, sweet bell peppers and just a little spicy peppers to give it a small kick.  If you would like it to be more traditional without a spicy kick, just leave me a not below and I'll leave the hot peppers out of your soup.

The chicken and wild rice soup starts with fresh homemade chicken broth and is loaded with shredded chicken, carrots, diced sweet onion, garlic, celery, rice and a variety of herbs and spices.  They are all slow cooked allowing all the flavors to blend together perfectly.  

The vegetable beef soup starts with a homemade beef broth.  It is loaded with chunks of tender stew beef, potatoes, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, sweet onions, garlic and fire roasted tomatoes.  It is slow cooked for at least 10 hours so that all the herbs and spices are absorbed in the meat and veggies.  This is a healthy soup that pairs wonderfully with some fresh bread for dipping.

If you like a little spice or maybe even a lot of spice, this chili recipe can be adjusted to fit your taste buds.  You will find chunks of fresh ground beef along with black and red kidney beans.  I use fire roasted tomatoes, which just adds a bit more boom to the flavor along with thin slices of sweet vidalia onions and peppers of all colors, red, yellow, orange and green.

You will find plenty of chili flavor with my own mix of spices that will bring all the flavors together in your finished bowl!

The Wisconsin cauliflower soup is filled with flavor from pureed cauliflower, sauteed sweet onions, sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses along with a hint of dijon mustard.  These all cook together in a homemade broth until rich and creamy.  You will get a side of bacon bits and shredded cheddar to top your soup after you warm it up.

The loaded baked potato soup starts with baked russet potatoes that are added to a homemade broth filled with diced sweet vidalia onions, chives, crispy bacon, sour cream, heavy cream, milk and lots of other special seasonings.  These cook together for a few hours until all the flavors are blended together.  You will get a side of bacon and sharp cheddar cheese to put on your hot soup after you heat it up.

The garlic knots start with homemade dough that is shaped into the knots and smothered in fresh garlic, butter, fresh herbs and grated parmesan cheese.  They are then baked to a golden perfection leaving them soft and full of flavor.

The cheese filled breadsticks start with homemade bread dough and are filled with fresh mozzarella cheese right before the final rise.  They are brushed with a garlic butter and sprinkled with parmesan before baking.

The pepperoni & cheese breadsticks start with a homemade bread dough that is filled with a blend of mozzarella, parmesan & romano cheeses.  You will find a generous amount of baby pepperonis stuffed in as well.  These are topped with butter and more fresh parm cheese before being baked to a slightly crispy texture.

The soft breadsticks start with a fresh yeast dough.  They are coated with fresh butter and grated parmesan cheese.  They are then baked to a golden crust that is still soft and chewy in the middle.

The chili bean dip starts with cream cheese that is mixed with chili seasoning, shredded colby jack cheese and green chilis.  The bottom layer is topped with seasoned ground beef, homemade salsa and finally a thick layer of more freshly shredded colby jack cheese.  It is then baked until it is bubbling and all the flavors come together.

The spinach dip is a blend of cooked baby spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.  These are blended with freshly crushed garlic and sauteed diced sweet onion before going into the pan and being topped again with a mixture of the shredded cheeses.  It is then baked until it's golden brown and the cheeses are bubbly.  This dip is delicious with fresh veggies, tortilla chips or baguette chips.

The cracked chicken dip is loaded with shredded chicken breasts, green onions, cream cheese, bacon, lots and lots of cheese along with special seasonings.  All the ingredients are slow cooked until all the flavors are combined to yummy goodness.

The chicken wing dip is loaded with shredded boneless chicken breast, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and lots of colby jack cheese.  These are all mixed together and topped with more colby jack along with scallions.  It's then baked until the cheese is bubbling.  This dip is great with celery or carrot sticks and tostitoes.
